Welcome to Football Hub (footballhub.pro). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Football Hub is a Software-as-a-Service platform for football coaches and clubs, providing tools to manage players, training sessions, matches, scouting, video, medical records, AI tactical analysis, and related coaching workflows.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Football Hub offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro at $19/month and Max at $49/month). Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the current period.

4. Free Trial

New accounts may receive a 14-day Pro trial automatically. The trial does not require payment and converts back to the Free plan if you do not subscribe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains harmful code.
• Attempt to access accounts other than your own.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without explicit written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (player data, photos, videos, custom branding). You grant Football Hub a non-exclusive license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Data Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Player and match data you enter is stored securely and is only accessible by you (and platform administrators where strictly necessary for support).

8. AI Features

AI analysis is generated by third-party language models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude). Results are provided as guidance for coaching decisions and should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Football Hub is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, AI providers), or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Hub is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days unless legally required to be retained.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Football Hub's operating entity is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
